ABOUT ME

I am a StrongFirst SFG1 kettlebell instructor, a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and certified to train Natural Movement through MovNat. My background is in team sports including hockey and lacrosse; in recent years I have turned to strength training, bouldering, and parkour to stay fit.

I find training so rewarding because helping someone get stronger and move better is literally empowering. They feel better, look better and become more confident every day. I believe a simple, progressive approach is the best way to achieve fitness goal. Mastering new movement skills stimulates the body and the mind. Taking the time to practice a movement takes commitment but it gets results.

My mission is to help you achieve maximum health and performance. Your training will be fun and engaging. I want you to feel strong and energized at the end of every session and take that energy into the rest of your life.

PERSONAL TRAINING - $85/hr

Personalized programming and one-on-one coaching. Ages 11+. Email to schedule. No contracts or fees.

GROUP CLASSES - $20/class

ONLINE TRAINING - $100/month

Workout when and where you want! This is a great option for busy people who want to get fit.  You’ll receive a personalized training program and a weekly video chat. Email to schedule. No contracts or fees.
